Job summary

Colorado State University is seeking a Coordinator for Institutional Scholarships to administer a portfolio of institutionally funded scholarships and ensure compliance with donor and program requirements.

You will support scholarship processing from application through disbursement and reconciliation, collaborating with campus partners and the Office of Financial Aid to provide timely support to students and departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in higher education settings related to student services including financial aid, admissions, registration/records, academic advising, student accounts, or student affairs.

Responsibilities

Oversee CSU institutional scholarships and ensure accurate awarding across colleges and departments.
Develop and deliver training on scholarship policy to campus partners and serve as SME on policy interpretation and compliance.
Collaborate with the Office of Financial Aid and students to ensure timely disbursement of scholarships.
Manage scholarship data and software needs, set up yearly applications, map qualifications, renew funds, and cycle management to improve efficiency and compliance.
Assist with processing scholarships and adjust aid when students receive additional scholarships.
Support operations team duties as needed.
Perform other related duties.
