• Coordinate data collection, applications, process oversight, notifications, disbursement, and records within Scholarship Management Software.
• Promote effective use of funds by collaborating with college/departmental staff.
• Counsel students, parents and other parties on eligibility for federal, state, private and institutional aid.
• Maintain forms, documentation, and communications; monitor system activity and reporting.
• Supervise two Scholarship Coordinators and support audit readiness.
