Job summary

The University of North Florida is seeking a Coordinator of Scholarships to manage the Foundation's portfolio of scholarship funds and oversee timely award processing under the Director of Scholarship Processing.

This role relies on AcademicWorks for awarding, collaborates with multiple colleges, supports donor communications, and prepares donor stewardship reports, with occasional evening/weekend work and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Background check and potential credit check may be required; role includes Title IX reporting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Award assigned Foundation scholarships with Coggin College of Business, College of Education and Human Services, and College of Arts and Sciences.
• Ensure accuracy of all Foundation scholarship criteria in AcademicWorks.
• Ensure all Foundation Scholarships are awarded and finalized on a timely basis.
• Conduct scholarship awarding trainings for colleges/units with the Director.
• Assist with donor communication regarding scholarships and scholars.
• Prepare stewardship reports to donors with student profiles, progress and graduation plans.
• Process study abroad/research Foundation awards and coordinate with Undergraduate Academic Enhancement.
• Create, maintain and update financial models for centrally awarded scholarships.
• Occasional evening/weekend work and local travel as needed.
