Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree, or 2 years of related experience for Coordinator.
• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience; Associate's Degree with 1 year or 3 years for Senior Coordinator.
• All experience must be in Student Financial Assistance or similar office.
• Experience with scholarship awarding and fund management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the awarding of departmental scholarships and ensure compliance with endowed gift agreements.
• Provide updates to over 80 departments on scholarship criteria and fund management.
• Audit funds using SQL/Access; maintain donor-aligned fund setup.
• Produce reports and manage scholarship fund balances and procedures.
• Serve as liaison with departments and assist students and families with eligibility.
