Job summary

Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education seeks a qualified professional to support the administration of the Early Education: Pathway to Your National Credential (Pathway) program, the CDA Assessment program, and related scholarship activities. The role requires data analysis, coordinating with technology centers statewide, and advising scholars pursuing credentials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Child Development or related field.
  • Two years’ experience in program management or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel; database applications experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the direction of special projects for the technology centers.
  • Analyze contract objectives for Pathway and CDA Scholarship.
  • Collect data for quarterly and annual reports.
  • Oversee Pathway coordination with technology centers statewide.
  • Provide training for Pathway registration in the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry.
  • Facilitate development of community partnerships for Pathway.
  • Review technology center invoices and process payments.
  • Provide academic advisement for CDA credential seekers.
