Job summary

The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education seeks a program coordinator to support the Early Education: Pathway to Your National Credential and CDA Assessment Scholarship programs. You will oversee coordination, data collection, and reporting while engaging with technology centers and community partners.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a relevant field and at least two years of program management experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Child Development or related field and two (2) years’ experience in areas relevant to program management, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and work-related experience.
• Strong ability to contribute, participate and communicate on committees with technology center coordinators, scholarship recipients, and state agency partners.
• Excellent communication, writing, analytical, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the direction of special projects for the technology centers.
• Analyze contract objectives for Pathway and CDA Scholarship.
• Collect data for quarterly and annual reports.
• Oversee coordination of Pathway with technology centers statewide.
• Identify qualified individuals to become instructors of Pathway.
• Provide technical assistance to technology centers about Pathway program.
• Provide training for Pathway registration in OK Pro Registry/Statewide Training Calendar.
• Facilitate development of community partnerships to support Pathway.
• Update Pathway Guidebook as needed.
• Plan curriculum updates to align with state and CDA requirements.
• Serve on program committees.
