Position Introduction

The Center for Early Childhood Professional Development (CECPD) is seeking Professional Development & Assessment Specialists to support statewide, in-person training and assessment for Oklahoma's early childhood workforce. This field-based role delivers professional development, conducts program assessments, and provides on-site technical assistance to educators across diverse communities. Ideal candidates enjoy travel, relationship-based work, and meaningful, hands‑on impact.

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 24 months of experience related to the essential duties.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months of experience.
