Job summary

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will collaborate with CNS departments, chairs, and the Financial Aid Office to reconcile funds totaling roughly $6

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications: An associate's degree with four (4) years of finance, accounting, office administration, or related experience OR a bachelor's degree with two (2) years of finance, accounting, office administration, or related experience.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage CNS scholarship awarding process and related financial activities.
  • Review fund codes/descriptions; enter scholarships in Academic Works; coordinate with Financial Aid Office.
  • Monitor funds, start/end dates, and review committee inputs for CNS scholarships.
  • Process journal entries; perform financial operations support (POs, invoices, travel statements).
  • Provide reporting on CNS funds and assist with reconciliation and budgeting.
