• Bachelor’s degree and up to three years of professional experience in higher education advancement or related field.
• Experience with scholarship administration or student programs is preferred.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual scholarship budget and database with updated criteria.
• Coordinate a review committee and train members on tools and processes.
• Assist with application processes and donor reporting for scholarships.
• Collaborate with bursar, financial aid, bookstore, and student affairs for program delivery.
• Prepare presentations for donor and MCC Foundation committees.
