Job summary

Johns Hopkins University’s Office of Student Outreach and Support seeks a dedicated Case Manager, Scholar-Athlete Specialist to provide non-clinical case management for undergraduates, including scholar-athletes, addressing health, finances, family, and social needs through coordination and referrals.

Reporting to leadership, you will collaborate with Athletics, Mental Health Services, Student Financial Support, Living and Advising staff, and faculty to maintain caseloads, document in Maxient,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Meet 1:1 with students to understand circumstances, identify next steps, connect to resources, and track progress toward goals.
• Support scholar-athletes and undergrads who are injured, hospitalized, or recovering.
• Serve as SOS liaison with Athletics and Recreation.
• Maintain case records and document all information in Maxient.
• Collaborate with multiple campus offices to expedite problem resolution.
• Provide referrals to internal and community services.
• Follow up on prior cases to ensure compliance with recommendations.
