Job summary

Johns Hopkins University’s Office of Student Outreach and Support seeks a dedicated Case Manager, Scholar-Athlete Specialist to coordinate non-clinical case management for undergraduates and scholar-athletes. The role requires coordinating with Athletics and various campus offices, maintaining case records, and guiding students through health, financial, and personal challenges.

The position reports to leadership within Student Outreach and Support and works closely with the Athletics Department

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Three years related experience.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet 1:1 with students to assess needs and plan next steps.
• Support scholar-athletes and undergraduates during injuries, hospitalizations, or post-surgery recovery.
• Serve as SOS liaison with Athletics and Recreation departments.
• Maintain and document case records in Maxient and other systems.
• Collaborate with campus offices to expedite problem resolution and referrals.
