Job summary

WelbeHealth in California seeks a Home Care Supervisor to oversee a team of Home Care Assistants, schedule oversight, and coordinate with external vendors to ensure high-quality in-home care for participants.

The role requires supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s preferred), CPR/First Aid within 180 days, and reliable transportation. Base salary plus bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year supervising Home Care Assistants for a frail or elderly population.
• Two years of supervisory experience with mentorship ability.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Home Care Assistant team delivering activities of daily living in participants’ homes.
• Interview, hire, onboard, train and provide feedback to Home Care Assistants.
• Maintain compliance records and ensure certifications are current.
• Audit documentation accuracy and timeliness; provide coaching as needed.
• Collaborate with Home Health Manager and Rehabilitation department on caregiver training.
