Job summary

KBR is seeking an Operational Support Specialist – Scheduling (Contingency Hire) in Hawaii to provide integrated scheduling and timeline management for the ILS2 Task Order. This role helps develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule, ensuring activities align with program objectives and milestones.

Working with logistics, planning, sustainment, and contingency teams, you will monitor progress, report metrics, and support transition planning.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance is required.
• Undergraduate degree plus 2+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience supporting project scheduling, program coordination, or related functions.
• Knowledge of scheduling principles, timelines, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Coordinate with teams to collect and integrate schedule information across operations.
• Monitor schedule performance against objectives and timelines.
• Identify dependencies, milestones, and risks; support mitigation.
• Prepare schedule reports, updates, and analyses for leadership.
