Job summary

KBR in Hawaii seeks an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Specialist (Contingency Hire) to develop, maintain, and integrate the IMS for the ILS2 Task Order, coordinating with logistics, planning, sustainment, and program controls.

The role works with program leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure schedules are accurate, auditable, and aligned with mission objectives, delivering timely updates and identifying risks. This contingent position is contingent upon award.

Qualifications

• Scheduling expertise required to develop and maintain complex IMS.
• Strong analytical thinking to identify risks and dependencies in schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to collect and validate schedule data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to support program execution.
• Collect and update schedule data from functional teams across logistics, planning, sustainment, and contingencies.
• Identify schedule dependencies, critical paths, milestones, and risks for proactive management.
• Monitor schedule performance and track progress against timelines and objectives.
• Provide timely schedule updates, analyses, reports, and status information to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support transition planning by integrating startup, execution, transition, and turnover activities into the IMS.
• Coordinate with project controls, finance, and operations to align schedule data with performance metrics.
• Assist in identifying impacts and delays, recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain schedule documentation to ensure accuracy, currency, and auditability.
