The Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Specialist is responsible for the development, maintenance, and management of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in support of ILS2 Task Order execution. This role provides comprehensive scheduling and timeline management support by integrating activities across logistics, planning, sustainment, contingency operations, and other program functions into a unified scheduling framework. The IMS Specialist works closely with program leadership, functional teams, project personnel, and program controls staff to ensure all program activities are accurately represented, synchronized, and aligned with mission objectives. Through schedule analysis, risk identification, and performance monitoring, this position contributes to mission success by providing visibility into program execution and enabling proactive decision-making. This role performs scheduling and integration functions and does not provide program-level authority, operational execution, or financial management. This position is contingent upon award of the contract.
The expected salary range for this position in Hawaii is $96,000 - $144,300 (update as required). Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, work location, and other job-related factors. This range is provided in accordance with Hawaii pay transparency requirements and applies to candidates working in Hawaii.
