Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 2+ years of related scheduling or operations support experience.
• Knowledge of scheduling principles, timeline management, and schedule reporting processes.
• Experience using scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, and updating of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Coordinate with functional teams to collect and integrate schedule information across logistics, planning, sustainment, and contingency operations.
• Monitor schedule performance and track progress against objectives and timelines.
• Identify schedule dependencies, milestones, and risks impacting execution.
• Prepare schedule reports, updates, metrics, and analyses for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support transition planning by incorporating startup, execution, turnover activities into the schedule framework.
• Coordinate with program controls, financial, and operational teams to ensure schedule alignment with requirements.
• Maintain scheduling documentation and data accuracy.
• Assist in identifying conflicts, delays, and resource constraints and help develop mitigation strategies.
