Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced Deployment Operations Manager (ILS2) to lead deployment, contingency, expeditionary, and continuity of operations for Task Order execution in Hawaii. The role focuses on directing deployment activities, coordinating contingency responses, and ensuring operational readiness in dynamic environments.

This position requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to maintain deployable mission capability while partnering with Government

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in Engineering, Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of directly related experience in deployment/contingency operations or mission-critical programs.
• Experience coordinating complex operations across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for deployment, contingency, expeditionary, and continuity of operations activities.
• Direct deployment operations and coordinate contingency response activities for mission readiness.
• Synchronize field support across logistics, sustainment, communications, infrastructure and support teams.
• Coordinate with Government leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Support transitions between sustainment and contingency/expeditionary operations.
• Oversee readiness coordination and deployment preparation to maintain deployable capability.
• Monitor deployment status and readiness metrics to inform leadership decisions.
• Support contingency planning, reporting, deployment tracking, and recovery activities.
• Identify risks, gaps, and resource constraints and coordinate corrective actions.
• Facilitate coordination between fixed-site and expeditionary operations for continuity.
