Job summary

KBR’s Hawaii-based team is seeking a Project Lead to ensure successful execution of complex ILS2 task orders across the full lifecycle. You’ll develop project plans, coordinate PDSS and resource planning, and oversee execution to meet schedule, scope, and contract objectives.

The role demands a strong PM background with DoD/USINDOPACOM experience, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to manage risks and deliver executive-ready briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree may be required in some disciplines; PMP/CAPM certification may be required.
• Secret clearance is required.
• Experience managing projects through all lifecycle phases including planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders in complex operational environments.
• Knowledge of project management principles, scheduling, resource planning, risk management, and performance reporting.
• Experience developing project documentation, status reports, and executive-level briefings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of assigned projects in support of ILS2 Task Order requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and execute Project Plans to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
• Coordinate Pre-Deployment Site Surveys, resource planning, and operational execution activities.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, performance, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and integrate logistics, facilities, platforms, and mission-enabling activities as required.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between program leadership, Government stakeholders, and supporting organizations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to support successful execution.
• Prepare project documentation, status updates, After-Action Reports, and Monthly Status Report inputs.
• Ensure project activities are executed efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with mission requirements and contractual objectives.
