Responsibilities

• Schedules and confirms departmental procedures in collaboration with appropriate personnel, ensuring alignment with the current hospital physician privilege list.
• Reviews and verifies procedure schedules on a daily and ongoing basis to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinates the availability of shared equipment with patient care and service areas during the scheduling process.
• Effectively manages a high volume of incoming calls and scheduling activity.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills when interacting with staff, providers, and departments.
• Maintains the ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced, and high-stress environment.
