You will guide patients through financial responsibilities, ensure accurate documentation to prevent duplicates, and use hospital systems such as Epic, Carestream, and Soarian daily.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Scheduling & Registration Associate – Ambulatory Surgery Center – Manhasset OR.
In this role, the successful candidate schedules appointments using Hospital Information Systems, liaises with referring physician office staff, answers and filters phone calls, and utilizes Cyracom when necessary. The associate pre‑registers patients, completes the registration process, obtains demographic information, prescriptions, and insurance documentation, and ensures patients understand the financial responsibilities and expectations. The associate assumes clinical and financial risk on behalf of the patient during documentation.

Salary range: $56,876.40 – $63,208.15 annually. The range depends on experience, specialty, education, and hospital need and does not include bonuses, incentive pay, differential pay, or other compensation.
