We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Scheduling & Registration Associate – Ambulatory Surgery Center – Manhasset OR. In this role, the successful candidate schedules appointments in Hospital Information Systems, liaises with referring physician office staff, answers and filters phone calls in a timely manner, and utilizes Cyracom when necessary. The associate is responsible for pre‑registration and completing the registration process, creating the first impression of the institution’s services to patients, families, and other external customers, obtaining demographic information, prescriptions, applicable medical documents, and insurance information, ensuring patients and families understand required financial responsibilities and expectations, and assuming clinical and financial risk of the organization when collecting and documenting information on behalf of the patient.

Salary Range: $56,876.40 – $63,208.15 annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
