You will work with district managers and supervisors to minimize overtime, redeploy staff as needed, and use proprietary scheduling tools to manage operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Advanced computer and technology skills; ability to manage multiple programs.
• Strong reliability, accountability, punctuality, and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Manage, establish, maintain, and review schedules for a large Securitas contract in Abilene.
• Support payroll completion through daily, weekly tasks.
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
