PEG, LLC is seeking a Scheduling Department Team Lead based in our Fairfax, VA office to coordinate daily scheduling activities and support a high-performing team. You will ensure service standards are met, mentor staff, and collaborate across departments to deliver timely, accurate scheduling.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business Administration or related field is required.
• 5+ years in Scheduling/Dispatching, preferably in high-call volume.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Scheduling Department activities and monitor deadlines.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to direct reports and reinforce procedures.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees while promoting consistency.
• Resolve scheduling issues and improve processes; prepare performance feedback and reports.
• Maintain accurate scheduling data across TrueContext, Caspio and other systems.
