Responsibilities

• Scheduling and coordination with the Program Manager to prepare staff schedules and minimize overtime.
• Provide training to Community Coaches on ISPs, documentation, and ISP requirements.
• Maintain documentation and reports; monitor accuracy and address issues promptly.
• Support individuals with intellectual disabilities in daily living activities and community engagement.
