Job summary

Moxie Pest Control in Irving, TX is seeking a Scheduling Manager to optimize routing across 32 branch locations and coach the scheduling team. You will serve as the liaison between branch leadership, Contact Center Leadership, regional management, and finance on workpool planning and completion.

You will blend hands‑on people management with data‑driven oversight to ensure office and field teams meet KPIs, while leading hiring and developing scheduling best practices company‑wide.

Qualifications

• 3 years of scheduling or operations experience.
• Experience coaching and developing direct reports.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for KPI tracking and dashboards.
• Strong cross‑functional communication with Finance, Regional Managers, and Branch Leaders.
• Experience with route optimization tools or logistics software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize delivery/service routes across 32 branch locations to maximize efficiency and minimize cost.
• Monitor and adjust scheduling strategies as branch needs and volumes shift.
• Provide monthly coaching sessions, observations, and performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Lead hiring for scheduling team openings, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain KPI tracking tools and dashboards.
• Report on job pool completion status to branch managers and regional leaders.
• Collaborate with Finance on forecasted work pool volume and projections.
