Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Dispatch/Planning Specialist to optimize daily and weekly route plans for branch locations. You will analyze plans, resource availability, and territory data to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining geographic codes, addresses, and customer information, and reporting metrics to the Service Planning Supervisor and branch leadership. Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Routing and Scheduling software systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents.

Responsibilities

• Creates route plans using work order data and route analysis software.
• Communicates routes within assigned territory to service personnel.
• Summarizes and reviews plans daily with the Service Planning Supervisor.
• Creates summary reports daily and provides to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
