Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Dispatcher/Scheduling Analyst to optimize daily and weekly route plans for assigned branches. You will analyze plans, resource availability, and territory data to improve efficiency and service levels.

Maintain geographic codes, addresses, and customer information while reporting metrics daily to the Service Planning Supervisor. The ideal candidate has dispatcher experience, strong software skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with field teams and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years’ dispatcher or customer service experience.
• Advanced routing and scheduling software knowledge.
• Strong MS Excel and Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create route plans using work order data and routing software.
• Communicate routes to service personnel within the territory.
• Summarize daily plans with the Service Planning Supervisor.
• Prepare daily summary reports for the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
