All-Weather Seal of West Michigan is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead the Scheduling and Confirmation Department. You will build, train, and coach the team to keep the calendar full, accurate, and optimized for the Sales Team.

This hands-on leadership role oversees daily confirmations, lead assignments, and performance, collaborating with Sales Leadership to improve appointment fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Scheduling Coordinators, establish goals and standards.
• Oversee appointment confirmations, verifications, and show-rate improvements.
• Own the appointment calendar and optimize slots for the Sales Team.
• Assign verified leads to Sales Reps and maintain CRM data.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to improve overall appointment quality.
