Job summary

All Weather Seal of West Michigan Inc. is seeking an experienced Retail & Events Manager to lead our field marketing team in Southern West Michigan. You will drive operations, performance, and development of approximately 15 Marketing Representatives across retail and event venues.

You will recruit, onboard, train, and mentor staff, conducting regular coaching while fostering accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement. Expect travel and weekend events as part of growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in retail, sales, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Data-driven and comfortable tracking metrics and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations, performance, and development of the retail and event marketing team across locations and events.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new team members; conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning to drive results.
• Motivate the team to meet and exceed individual and collective goals; identify and develop future leaders.
• Oversee retail partner locations, event logistics, staffing, and brand representation; ensure high-quality customer experiences.
• Own team performance and marketing KPIs; monitor lead generation, appointment quality, productivity, and conversions; ensure CRM reporting.
