Job summary

Eyas Landing in Chicago is seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to lead our scheduling operations. This hybrid role requires 2-3 onsite days per week and is focused on team leadership, healthcare administration, and process improvement while delivering excellent client service.

The position calls for strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to supervise scheduling, intake, and billing tasks in a fast-paced care environment.

Qualifications

• Healthcare management or medical scheduling/billing experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency required.
• Internal candidates must be employed by Eyas Landing or Blue Bird Day for at least 1 year.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership for scheduling, intake, and administrative tasks.
• Oversee daily administrative operations including scheduling, referral intake, insurance verification, claims submission, and more.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, payer requirements, and state and federal regulations.
• Provide onsite support 2-3 days per week.
• Cross-department collaboration to improve workflows, service quality, and operational efficiency.
