Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving seeks an office supervisor to manage schedules between clients and caregivers in our Escondido office. You will report to the local Operating Director and help grow and manage the office, ensuring staffing and compliance with regulations.

Key duties include schedule management, compliance, customer service, and general administrative support with after-hours on-call rotations to cover shifts.

Responsibilities

• Schedule client and caregiver staffing to ensure shifts are covered.
• Ensure office compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Handle incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
• Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• Rotate after-hours on-call phone coverage to staffing needs.

Cornerstone Caregivingis a non-medical, in-home care company primarily serving seniors. With over 450 offices in just 6 years, we aim to provide the highest quality of care for our clients across 43 different states (and counting). You will be managing schedules between clients and caregivers. You will report to our local Operating Director and assist in the growth and management of the office.
Salary: $47,500

• Schedule Management: Assess client needs and caregiver availability to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
• Compliance: Ensuring office's compliance to state and federal regulations.
• Customer Service: Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
• Administration: Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• On-Call: Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
