Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Scheduling Manager in Marlborough, MA to coordinate client services and manage scheduling for Assistive Care State Programs. You will work with clinical managers and field staff to ensure timely, high-quality home health care for our clients.

The role emphasizes building relationships, managing caseload growth, and using EMR systems to monitor performance while adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is strongly preferred.
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Demonstrated record of increased responsibility (goal achievement).
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
• Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse groups.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Coordinate client services and emergent scheduling issues.
• Manage caseload while proactively growing it.
• Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations.
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team.
• Monitor metrics for effective fiscal management of caseload.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise field employees.
