Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Client Services Manager / Scheduling Coordinator in our Timonium, MD Assistive Care Office. The role focuses on coordinating client services, managing scheduling issues, and growing the caseload while building strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and the team.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or an associate degree with relevant experience) and strong computer skills, with prior medical office or home care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; Associate degree with relevant experience also considered.
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Demonstrated record of increased responsibility (goal achievement).
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
• Strong computer skills with electronic medical records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Coordinate client services and emergent scheduling issues.
• Manage your caseload and proactively grow it.
• Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations.
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team.
• Monitor metrics to maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees.
