  • Familiarity with Bluebeam or other project review tools.
  • Experience supporting projects of at least $50 million in value.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, project sequencing, and earned value and forensic schedule analysis.
  • Ability to support multiple phases or projects within a broader program.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze time impacts related to scope changes, delays, or disruptions.
  • Develop and support time impact analyses and recommend resolution strategies.
  • Coordinate schedule-related inputs with project controls, cost, and management teams.
  • Provide leadership and assume the duties of the Program Controls Manager when unavailable or when additional support is required.

About the Project: The program consists of various small, medium and large projects.

Daily Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous work experience working as senior scheduler on a hospital or medical project.
  • Previous work experience with healthcare or public-sector building programs.
  • Previous work experience working on OSHPD/HCAI-regulated medical facility projects.
  • Exposure to utility and infrastructure coordination within large-scale sites.
  • Ability to collaborate in a joint venture or multi-partner delivery model.
  • Experience mentoring junior staff or coordinating small scheduling teams preferred.
