Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of scheduling experience on large-scale vertical construction projects.
• Demonstrated staff oversight experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar review tools.
• Experience on projects valued at least $50 million.
• Knowledge of means and methods, sequencing, earned value, and forensic schedule analysis.
• Ability to support multiple phases or projects within a broader program.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall QA for scheduling services across the program.
• Develop, update, and maintain program schedules and revisions.
• Perform cost and resource loading to support forecasting.
• Generate and analyze monthly cash flow reports.
• Oversee scheduling staff assigned to the program.
• Mentor schedulers in baseline schedule development and review.
• Review monthly and weekly schedule updates for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare what-if scenario schedules based on changes in sequence or execution strategy.
• Analyze resequencing options and advise management on impacts and outcomes.
• Review and analyze time impacts related to scope changes, delays, or disruptions.
• Develop and support time impact analyses and resolution strategies.
• Coordinate schedule-related inputs with project controls, cost, and management teams.
• Provide leadership and assume duties of the Program Controls Manager when needed.
