Job summary

Linesight is hiring a Scheduling Lead to develop and manage comprehensive project schedules using critical path methods. You will define ownership via WBS, align with execution plans, baseline schedules, and lead planning sessions to optimize timelines and outcomes.

This hybrid role requires coordinating with Boston or Portsmouth teams, delivering regular progress updates, and mentoring junior planners. A background in life sciences or mission-critical projects and proficiency in Primavera P6

Qualifications

• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Experience with QRA on life sciences or mission‑critical projects.
• Detail oriented and quality focused.
• Experience using Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines using critical path methodology.
• Define clear ownership for all project outcomes via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Ensure schedules align with project execution plans including contracting and procurement strategies.
• Baselines established and schedules updated regularly.
• Manage integrated project schedule and present views at multiple levels.
• Negotiate timelines and interdependencies between partners for strong client outcomes.
• Provide regular schedule progress updates through expert analysis and reporting.
• Lead planning sessions and risk analysis workshops as needed.
• Resource load schedules as required by the project team.
• Develop scheduling best practices and review external schedules for quality.
