• Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines using critical path method.
• Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all deliverables via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and interdependencies between key partners for client outcomes.
• Ensure schedule adherence to the project execution plan, contracts, procurement and control documents.
• Provide regular updates on schedules progress.
