Qualifications

• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Experience with Primavera P6 software.
• Strong quantitative risk assessment skills (QRA) in life sciences or mission critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines using critical path methods.
• Define clear ownership for all project outcomes via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Ensure schedules align with execution plans, procurement, and project control strategies.
• Lead scheduling baselines and manage periodic updates.
• Manage the integrated project schedule for review at various levels.
• Negotiate timelines and interdependencies with key partners for client outcomes.
• Provide regular schedule progress updates through analysis and reporting.
• Facilitate Interactive Planning and Pull Planning sessions.
• Attend Risk Analysis workshops and support the QRA process.
• Resource load schedules as needed by the team.
• Prepare scheduling best practices and procedures.
• Review external schedules to ensure best practices are used.
• Lead the team to deliver high quality and client value through mentorship and leadership.
