SERVPRO of Duncanville/DeSoto is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to schedule restoration teams to customer locations and coordinate with management. The role requires ensuring accurate routing, data entry, and strong customer service to drive efficient project start-ups.

The position emphasizes multitasking in a fast-paced office, with responsibilities across calls, scheduling, and cross-department collaboration. Training and advancement opportunities are available within the SERVPRO network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED (preferred).
• At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience.
• Prior dispatch experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and schedule restoration teams to incoming leads and projects in coordination with management team.
• Review and maintain the scheduling software so that appropriate teams are routed accordingly.
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry.
• Receive incoming calls about past services, follow ups on current projects, general inquiries about business and other routine communications.
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed.

As the Dispatch Coordinator you will assist with scheduling a team to the customers location to assess the work that would need to be completed. The duties of this job require a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established

standards of quality and accuracy. Drive, determination and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results

that meet these established criteria are necessary for successful job performance. The pace of the work is faster than average, quality is never compromised. Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
