Job summary

Gilbane Building is seeking a Scheduling Director to lead the scheduling function for the Midwest West division (Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana). You will oversee all planning and scheduling for multiple projects, coach a high-performing team, and implement robust scheduling controls.

A strong background in cost control, risk assessment, and strategic planning is required to drive on-time delivery in a diverse project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 17+ years of related experience.
• Professional Certification in AACEi, PMI, AGC, CMAA, or similar is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight relative to all aspects of planning & scheduling for all projects within the Division.
• Develops protocols and ensures adequate controls are in place for schedule techniques and update procedures.
• Sets scheduling-related customer satisfaction goals.
• Reviews project risk reports and alerts for high-risk jobs in the Division.
• Responsible for career development and coaching of team members.
