PBF Energy Inc. in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Scheduling Assistant to join the Commercial Scheduling team onsite five days per week. You will support scheduling and supply chain activities, generate reports, and assist with vendor invoices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience working in a professional environment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, validate, and update scheduling and supply chain data in trading and scheduling systems.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis to support scheduling and operations.
• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Serve as liaison between vendors and Accounts Payable to resolve inquiries.
• Utilize Microsoft Office to manage, track, and report information.
• Support commercial scheduling and operational activities as directed.
• Assist with special projects and administrative duties as needed.
