Job summary

PBF Energy, a major North American refiner, seeks a Scheduling Assistant to support the Commercial Scheduling team at the Parsippany, NJ headquarters. This on-site role requires meticulous data management, reporting, and invoice processing to ensure cost-efficient trading and supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will have a business/supply chain background, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scheduling, supply chain, or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, validate, and update scheduling and supply chain data in trading and scheduling systems.
• Generate reports and analyze data to support scheduling and operations.
• Process vendor invoices accurately and liaison with Accounts Payable.
