Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
• Internship or co-op in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or operations is beneficial but not required.
• Recent graduates and early-career professionals encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing and production plans to align with customer demand, inventory availability, and shipment schedules.
• Execute inventory allocation and shipment transactions within ERP systems to support accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor production performance and inventory levels, proactively identifying risks that may impact product availability or customer deliveries.
• Coordinate recovery plans with cross‑functional teams to minimize disruptions and maintain shipment commitments.
• Partner with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to ensure inventory is positioned appropriately to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate product traceability and customer order tracking within ERP and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to establish resolution timelines for rework activities and product inspections.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to ensure the right inventory is available at the right time to meet customer shipment needs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities related to production scheduling, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Support Production Control Managers through data analysis, reporting, and execution of operational priorities.
