Job summary

Igloo Products Corp. is seeking a Clerk - Scheduling to join our team and support our continued growth.

In this role, you will provide administrative and data support to the Scheduling team, helping collect, consolidate, and maintain production and scheduling information from multiple departments and sources. You will assist with daily and weekly reports, track production schedules, manage orders, and perform data entry and system updates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six (6) months of administrative, data entry or manufacturing experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn and navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
• Ability to collect, review, organize, and maintain large amounts of information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and maintain accurate production and scheduling information from multiple departments and sources.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and other recurring production and scheduling reports, while supporting Planners with production schedule tracking, order management, data collection, and coordination of activities related to production planning and execution.
• Support the Scheduling team with data entry, report preparation, system updates, and other administrative activities as needed.
• Manage multiple priorities and complete time-sensitive assignments within established deadlines.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining effective communication with the Scheduling team.
