Quintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Production Department Assistant to aid in production and scheduling through efficient data and job entry processes. The candidate will work full-time, Monday to Friday, with a set schedule from 6:15 AM to 2:45 PM.

Responsibilities include entering job orders into ERP systems, monitoring reorder points, and supporting production management. A focus on attention to detail, strong math skills, and organizational abilities is essential. Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Prior admin/office experience preferred.
• Must have knowledge of typical business operations.

Responsibilities

• Enter job orders into ERP systems based on customer requirements.
• Maintain and monitor WIP and FG reorder points.
• Support Production Manager and Scheduler as needed.
