Qualifications

• Two to three years applicable experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Smart Care Experience preferred.
• SaaS Electronic Scheduling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and provide team member schedule and assignments.
• Update and adjust schedule based on census, requirements and absences.
• Update schedule databases.
• Track tardiness, absences, PTO requests and schedule changes.
• Ensure scheduled, total and overtime FTEs stay within budget.
• Track overtime and complete related reports.
