Job summary

AdvisaCare in Saginaw, MI is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our home care team. You will support calls from caregivers and families, coordinate caregiver schedules, and match clients with suitable caregivers to ensure timely, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Healthcare scheduling, staffing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass a background screening and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Answer and support calls from caregivers, clients, and families.
• Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure every client receives exceptional care.
• Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and personality.
• Maintain accurate scheduling, payroll, and care documentation.
• Solve scheduling challenges with confidence and creativity.
• Assist with office operations while supporting our growing care team.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to help ensure uninterrupted care when needed.
