Corus Orthodontists in Bellevue, WA seeks a Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team. The role focuses on welcoming patients, coordinating appointments for new and returning patients, and ensuring smooth scheduling aligned with doctor time and clinical needs.

Qualifications

• Two years of administration experience within a clinical setting is required.
• Experience in an orthodontic or general dental clinic is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of orthodontic management software is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new patients with warmth and enthusiasm to set a positive tone.
• Schedule appointments for new and returning patients using templates.
• Confirm and monitor appointment reminders; follow up on unconfirmed appointments and reschedule no-shows.
• Help ensure the schedule optimizes doctor time and informs the clinical team of major changes.
• Prepare and send correspondence to referring dentists and maintain patient records.
