Corus Orthodontists in Lake Oswego, OR seeks a scheduling coordinator to join our well-established practice. You’ll greet patients, book appointments, and manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth patient experience from check-in to checkout.

Qualifications

• Two years of administration experience within a clinical setting preferred.
• Experience in an orthodontic or dental clinic is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and orthodontic software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive and make them feel welcome.
• Book appointments for new and returning patients using scheduling templates.
• Ensure scheduling accounts for doctor time and coordinate with clinical team on changes.
• Manage patient statuses and archive files as needed.
• Process payments at the front desk and provide receipts.
• Answer phones, take messages, and handle inquiries and emergencies.
• Support front desk with tidying and coordination in meetings.
