Our Kohler Waters Spa team at The American Club Resort offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich waters and is one of only 64 five-star spas worldwide. Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Lincoln Park, IL

Specific responsibilities include:

1. Utilize forecast tools, class schedule, reservations, group blocks etc. to generate schedules for location staff (therapists, instructors, trainers, etc.).
2. Monitor reservations for overbooking.
3. Block off schedule where necessary (groups, classes, extra time needed, lunches, etc.).
4. Work with leaders to distribute and manage schedule edits to ensure timely posting.
5. Coordinate training and meetings into schedules and reserve rooms as needed.
6. Assist at the Front Desk of the assigned location occasionally.
7. Serve as Manager on Duty for the location if required.

This is a full-time position, working weekdays and weekends with shifts between 8:00am and 5:00pm.

Skills/Requirements

1. Two years college or technical education preferred.
2. Experience in project management, business management, and administrative tasks necessary.
3. At least one year of customer service experience.
4. Experience with Kohler Hospitality preferred.

The hourly range for this position is $22.00, influenced by experience, education, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
